Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of oxfordsxak.com and the purchase of shoes from Kin Sang Limited. By accessing oxfordsxak.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use oxfordsxak.com or purchase products from Kin Sang Limited.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The customer must be at least the age of majority in the customer's jurisdiction to place an order. The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and checkout. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The customer is responsible for all activity that occurs under the customer's account. Kin Sang Limited may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms of Service.
Product Information
Kin Sang Limited sells shoes. Product descriptions, sizing information, and images are provided for general identification. Actual shoe color may vary due to screen settings and lighting. Kin Sang Limited does not guarantee that product descriptions are free from error. If a product is materially different from its description, the customer may contact [email protected] to request a remedy under the refund policy.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Kin Sang Limited. An order confirmation email does not mean the order has been accepted. Kin Sang Limited may refuse or cancel an order for product availability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms of Service. If an order is cancelled by Kin Sang Limited, any payment received for that order will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed at checkout. The customer must pay the total amount shown at checkout. Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. The customer authorizes Kin Sang Limited to charge the selected payment method for the order total. If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Kin Sang Limited ships shoes to the address provided by the customer. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery timelines are estimates. Kin Sang Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer does not need to provide a reason for the refund request. To be eligible, the customer must submit the request within 14 days of receipt. Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a no-reason refund. The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. The customer must contact [email protected] to initiate the refund request. Kin Sang Limited may require proof of purchase and may provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Kin Sang Limited may reject a refund if the returned product does not meet the condition requirements.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. The 14-day period begins after Kin Sang Limited approves the refund. The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. The customer must monitor the account associated with the original payment method. Kin Sang Limited does not control bank posting schedules.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow the full processing period before contacting [email protected] about a missing PayPal refund. If the refund has not arrived after the period stated in this section, the customer may contact [email protected] with the order number and PayPal transaction details.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must provide the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not accepted. Kin Sang Limited may require the customer to return the damaged or defective item. If the claim is approved, Kin Sang Limited will provide a replacement or refund. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days.
Returns Procedure
The customer must follow the return instructions provided by Kin Sang Limited. The customer must include the order number inside the return package. The customer must use a trackable shipping method for returns. Kin Sang Limited is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. The customer must retain the tracking number until the refund is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on oxfordsxak.com, consisting of text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Kin Sang Limited or its licensors. The customer may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of oxfordsxak.com without written permission from Kin Sang Limited.
Limitation of Liability
Kin Sang Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of oxfordsxak.com or the purchase of shoes. Kin Sang Limited's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product that is the subject of the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or the use of oxfordsxak.com.
Changes to These Terms
Kin Sang Limited may update these Terms of Service. The customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service before placing an order. Continued use of oxfordsxak.com after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated Terms of Service.
